After a lengthy evaluation process, Lourdes Urgent Care is proud to announce that we have (once again!) earned Urgent Care Association Accreditation.
UCA accreditation is critically important in that it signifies Lourdes Urgent Care is delivering the highest level of care to its patients. Steve Sellars, CEO says “This is a huge accomplishment that would not have been possible without a lot of long hours and hard work on the part of our urgent care colleagues. In addition to that, I think it bears pointing out this process, which took months to complete, was conducted amid the stress of an ongoing pandemic. To maintain UCA accreditation, urgent care centers must undergo on-site inspections by a team of independent clinicians every three years. Each operator must demonstrate those centers meet or exceed accreditation requirements which include clinical processes that are consistent with industry standards and best practices.
Lourdes Urgent Care is affiliated with Our Lady of Lourdes and with the addition of these convenient locations now offers 6 locations in Lafayette, Youngsville, Carencro, Broussard, and Breaux Bridge with an additional clinic planned for 1501 W. Pinhook.

Lourdes Urgent Care centers are state-of-the-art facilities providing walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries seven days a week, including holidays. Clinics are equipped with digital x-ray, laboratory services, and an electronic medical records (EMR) system. Licensed providers perform a variety of procedures in addition to Occupational Health services that include workplace injuries, DOT/Non-DOT Physicals, Blood Analysis, Return-to-Work Exams and Drug testing. Lourdes Urgent Care operates as a seamless extension of the Lourdes Regional Medical Center system backed by the outstanding resources and reputation of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System. All Lourdes Urgent Care clinics are accredited by the national Urgent Care Association demonstrating ensuring the highest level of care.
